I took a chance buying this machine as it gave a package of extra goodies (wire, coils, etc.) with the order. the machine works fine. It can be a bit under powered as I purchased it for our boat canvas cover. It came with a piece of cloth with test the test manufacturer attached to it. Since then I have used this machine on denim and other heavy items. I know I'm pushing the limits of the machine, but it still works .... eight options are a stich
