customer service with this company is better than you! Recently we have had problems with the product that I purchased this for. Although still under warranty by manufacturer when the product died and the manufacturer does not answer the phone or returned my call these people took care of me. worth the extra cost of buying their protection. I'll buy this again every time I buy something that cover. If only the manufacturer has given good service as these people did!
